1.1 This is not a credit agreement. Therefore, we require all payments to be paid
in full, at least 30 days prior to the commencement of a chosen event, or entry will
be refused and all monies paid will be non-
1.2 All delegates must inform us of the date of their chosen event at the time of
their booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being charged transfer
fees or be deemed a cancellation and all monies paid will be non-
1.3 All delegates must commit to a payment plan. Failure to do so within 10 days of paying your deposit will result in all outstanding course fees becoming immediately due.
1.4 Travel expenses, accommodation, meals and refreshments are not included in the course price.
1.5 If you are unable to attend a training course, you may transfer to a later course (subject to an administration charge). Any transfers will be subject to an administration charge of 15% of the total course fees, rising to a 30% charge if we receive written notification less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the course. All administration charges are payable within 14 days of notification of transfer. If the administration charge is not paid within 14 days of notification of transfer, the booking will be deemed a cancellation and therefore clause 1.6 shall apply.
1.6 If you wish to cancel a booking, we must receive written notification by post and a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will be charged, rising to 100% if we receive written notification less than 60 days prior to the start of the course booked. You must also return or reimburse Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events to the full ticket price for any bonuses and course materials received with the purchase of the course.
1.7 In the event of a missed payment, all outstanding course fees are immediately due.

1.10 In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the course, a full refund can only be obtained if delegate informs a member of Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events staff by the last day of the event. Delegates who obtain full refunds must return or reimburse Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events to the full ticket price for any course materials and bonuses received with the purchase of the course. Requests for full refunds made after the last day of the event are null and void.
1.11 In the unlikely event that you are not certified, for whatever reason, you will forfeit any and all rights to our refund policy immediately upon notification. Attendance of the course alone does not guarantee certification.
1.12 We reserve the right to move an event to another venue within a 40-

Furthermore, I acknowledge that any recording or written material included as part of this workshop and all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and are for the use of Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events and employees and may not be used without obtaining prior written permission. As a participant, I agree to NOT record this workshop or any part thereof. I also acknowledge that from time to time Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events events are filmed or recorded for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. By attending an event, I consent to being filmed and photographed for the duration of the event and agree that Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events shall retain all Intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media. I also agree that Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events shall hold my details on file and on computer. I am able to view my individual file by giving not less than seven days written notice.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood this agreement and release, and that Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events agrees to provide the Training referred to above in consideration of it being entered into by me.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc) in order to receive or use services on our website. Such services may include newsletters and alert email, By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Mawgen Schoeman Training & Events and its service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. Our services are designed to give you the information that you want to receive.
